About the job: The Customer Content Services (CCS) team seeks a proficient Python Developer to enhance our Software Engineering team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate possesses extensive Python development expertise, comprehensive understanding of LLMs, and the capability to troubleshoot and refine AI applications. Your contributions will directly influence our product evolution, driving technological innovation and enhancing customer experiences. What will you do? - Create and sustain Python-based applications, integrating LLMs and AI-powered solutions - Engage with interdisciplinary teams (product managers, software engineers, data specialists) to comprehend requirements and transform them into data-driven strategies - Support development, evaluation, and optimization of AI-driven functionalities - Enhance performance and scalability of LLM-utilizing applications - Investigate and resolve Python application anomalies, ensuring robust performance - Execute exploratory data analysis and data purification for modeling preparation - Manage and optimize data storage and retrieval systems for model interactions - Investigate and experiment with emerging LLM advancements and AI technologies to upgrade existing applications - Document workflow processes, model architectures, and code to facilitate knowledge transfer and reproducibility What will you bring? - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field with 2+ years of relevant professional experience - Advanced Python programming skills, including framework expertise in FastAPI/Flask, Django - Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML core concepts, algorithms, techniques, and workflow implementations - Proficiency in DevOps/MLOps practices and production environment management tools - Thorough comprehension of LLM training methodologies and data prerequisites - Practical experience with LLMs like OpenAI GPT, Llama, and integration techniques - Familiarity with REST APIs, data structures, and algorithmic principles - Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with advanced diagnostic skills - Expertise in Git, continuous integration/deployment pipelines, and Agile methodologies - Cloud environment experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) considered advantageous - Vector database knowledge (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB) preferred About Red Hat Red Hat is the world's premier enterprise open source software solution provider, leveraging community-powered approaches to deliver advanced Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
