Position Overview Strive Compounding Pharmacy seeks a meticulous "Data Analyst – Finance & Accounting" for our remote Analytics team. This role will support Finance and Accounting through reporting, dataset development, and process improvement for invoicing and revenue/expense analysis. You'll collaborate closely with internal partners to automate financial reporting, support monthly close procedures, and manage billing processes for key customers. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain datasets supporting accounting month-end close and revenue/expense tracking • Automate routine financial and billing reports, enhancing stakeholder transparency • Collaborate with billing team to generate accurate customer invoices, ensuring contractual alignment • Prepare ad-hoc analyses and visualizations using SQL and BI tools (Looker), supporting strategic decision-making • Contribute to ongoing financial reporting and billing process improvements Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field • 1-3 years experience in data analysis, finance, or accounting roles • Strong SQL skills; proficiency with Looker, Excel, or similar reporting tools • Foundational understanding of accounting, billing, and corporate finance processes • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities • Effective communication and collaborative skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting invoice generation and billing process automation • Familiarity with ERP, accounting, or billing systems • Prior experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated environments Compensation Annual Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 USD Benefits/Perks Strive Pharmacy offers comprehensive benefits including employer-paid healthcare, FSA/HSA options, new hire scrub vouchers, parental leave, 401(k) matching, weekends/holidays off, and FREE COMPOUNDED MEDICATIONS for employees and immediate family members.
