plancraft is hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive multi-touch attribution model, including model selection, configuration, and logic development to link marketing spend to pipeline and revenue across all channels, with hands-on execution.
  • Independently develop and manage the tracking infrastructure, including tag management (GTM and server-side), data layer setup, conversion pixels, and event taxonomy across websites and advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Configure GA4 and establish the full marketing analytics stack, producing SQL-based reports and datasets in collaboration with the Data team using HubSpot, GA4, and data warehouse sources.
  • Create and maintain marketing dashboards that track performance across channels, campaigns, and funnel stages, with predefined KPIs including customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution by Bowtie stage.
  • Develop and manage the technical framework for user consent and data privacy compliance, including implementation of a consent management platform, cookie policies, and legally compliant server-side tracking.
  • Oversee the marketing technology ecosystem, including tool evaluation, integration, and data synchronization between HubSpot, ad platforms, GA4, and n8n, ensuring a single source of truth and eliminating redundant processes.
  • Design scalable tracking and data architectures for expansion into new markets (Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland), ensuring standardized, repeatable deployment rather than isolated country setups.
  • Implement marketing automation using n8n or integrate AI tools when they enhance measurement and analytics efficiency; note that campaign automation is handled by the Junior Marketing Operations Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Junior Marketing Operations Manager on execution-measurement alignment and partner with the Data team on data governance and quality standards.

Benefits

  • A culture rooted in enthusiasm and shared purpose, strengthened by four annual team events, regular informal gatherings (onsite and remote), and consistent recognition of achievements, big and small.
  • Immediate responsibility and autonomy in a flat, trust-based organization where individuals are empowered to make impactful decisions.
  • Commitment to professional and personal growth through continuous feedback, a dedicated learning budget, and structured development opportunities aimed at maximizing potential.
  • Integration of AI into internal tools and workflows by design, with team-wide support to advance AI use in daily tasks, including access to a personal ChatGPT+ license.
  • Provision of a MacBook, high-quality headphones, and all necessary hardware and software to ensure productivity in daily work.
  • Flexible work options—hybrid or onsite—with the freedom to choose your preferred work environment; the Hamburg office at Rödingsmarkt (featuring a rooftop terrace) is always accessible, and weekly attendance is self-determined.
  • 30 days of annual leave (based on a 5-day workweek) plus December 24th as an additional day off, along with subsidized Urban Sports Club membership and organized internal sports activities to support well-being.
  • Opportunities for commute support through a JobRad (company bike lease) and subsidized public transport options such as the Deutschlandticket or BahnCard.
  • An increasingly global team with colleagues in Italy, France, the Netherlands, and Austria, operating in English as the official internal language to support inclusivity and collaboration.
