functionHR GmbH is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager B2B (m/w/d) to own our digital and performance marketing strategy. You will develop and steer digital marketing measures from strategic planning to operational implementation, creating sustainable B2B communication.
What You'll Do
- Develop and steer digital marketing measures from strategic planning to operational implementation.
- Manage CRM activities in HubSpot, creating automated workflows and planning targeted email campaigns for lead nurturing.
- Maintain and optimize website content and technical aspects, analyzing performance with tools like Matomo and Semrush.
- Implement SEO measures to improve Google ranking, from keyword optimization to technical adjustments.
- Develop and manage newsletters and our social media presence, especially on LinkedIn, from planning content to analyzing impact.
- Conceptualize and steer paid online campaigns, ensuring ads are convincing from idea to reporting.
- Work closely with external service providers and freelancers, coordinating their use efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B marketing.
- At least 1–2 years of strategic responsibility.
- Solid knowledge of CRM systems (especially HubSpot), CMS (e.g., WordPress), and web analysis tools like Matomo or Google Analytics 4.
- Experience in SEO (on-page optimization, content strategy).
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Creativity, teamwork, and commitment to professional development.
- Enjoy working in a small team with a direct line to management.
- Excellent remote organization skills.
- Willingness to take responsibility for working students or interns.
- Fluent and proficient communication in German and English.
