Booming Games is looking for a Senior Account Manager to serve as the vital link between the company and its clients. In this role, you will drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction by working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.
What You'll Do
- Drive and maximize revenues from assigned customers.
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact within the organization for your customers.
- Build sector expertise and take a consultative approach to understand customer business drivers.
- Monitor client feedback to anticipate business needs and communicate them to the Product department.
- Represent the company at events and exhibitions for online gambling operators.
- Regularly report KPIs and account status to the Head of Account Management.
What We're Looking For
- Previous B2B iGaming experience is required, ideally as an Account Manager or Casino Manager.
- A self-starter with highly developed social and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle difficult clients and work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly changing environment.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently with very little supervision.
Nice to Have
- Any languages additional to English are a plus.
