Onepilot is looking for a freelance Kundenbetreuer (Customer Support Agent) to work remotely, providing customer support for our clients' customers. You'll be part of an innovative company specializing in human-centered, outsourced customer service, dedicated to delivering a flawless customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Support Onepilot's clients' customers with their inquiries.
- Efficiently answer requests via email, chat, or phone using the provided technology and knowledge base.

- Enjoy communicating effectively, both in writing and orally.
- Available at least 15 hours per week.
