A-LEVEL is hiring an Appointment Setter for its coaching brand, Provision! You will be the first point of contact, identifying individuals who can benefit from our mentor's guidance and sparking genuine conversations that lead to scheduled consultations.
What You'll Do
- Identify potential clients on social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, focusing on those with mental or emotional burdens, unclear life direction, or spiritual hunger.
- Approach these individuals in a targeted, empathetic, and respectful manner via direct messages (DMs).
- Open up a genuine, honest conversational space to build trust.
- Guide conversations toward scheduling a free initial consultation with the mentor.
- Document conversations and work with the mentor to optimize the outreach strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Very good German language skills, with an empathetic and confident written communication style.
Nice to Have
- Experience in DM outreach, social selling, or social prospecting, ideally on Instagram.
