INCA – Insurance Core Automation is looking for a (Junior) Supply Chain Manager - Planning (w/m/d) to join our motivated team. You will be responsible for ensuring product availability through inventory management and developing reliable sales forecasts, while supporting key supply chain projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage inventory planning and be responsible for resulting product availability.
- Proactively evaluate relevant inventory KPIs to improve performance and reduce costs and tied-up capital.
- Handle holistic, international supplier management.
- Support the planning and implementation of supply chain management projects from a planning perspective, such as product launches, market entries, or process optimizations.
- Develop a reliable sales forecast based on historical data, statistical methods, sales trends, and market insights.
- Maintain and improve our forecasting tools.
- Communicate forecast developments and results.
What We're Looking For
- A very good university degree in economics, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- A passion for working with numbers and conducting analyses.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- You have already gained experience in implementing projects during your career.
- Very good English language skills (C1/C2 level); English is our team and company language.
- Good German language skills (B1/B2 level).
Nice to Have
- Experience in supply chain planning or in working with external partners.

This is a hybrid role. You can work remotely from anywhere in Germany or from our office in Frankfurt am Main.
