Mohawk Industries, Inc. is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager

Lead marketing strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of flooring products, focusing on technical differentiation, sustainability messaging, and brand consistency. In this role, you'll manage cross-functional initiatives, develop high-impact campaigns, and ensure marketing deliverables meet compliance, performance, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the implementation of segment-specific marketing plans in collaboration with sales, product, and technical teams.
  • Develop and manage technical marketing strategies, including product testing, performance demonstrations, and data-driven content that communicates product advantages clearly.
  • Oversee the creation of sales tools, campaign assets, and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives.
  • Lead sustainability marketing efforts by promoting environmental initiatives, certifications, and responsible manufacturing practices to key audiences.
  • Establish and maintain marketing compliance processes, working closely with legal to validate claims and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Design systems for measuring marketing ROI, managing leads, and integrating marketing collateral into CRM and sales enablement platforms.
  • Act as primary marketing contact for strategic partnerships, including engagement with design and architectural communities to increase product visibility.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to ensure online content meets user needs and reflects current product and brand messaging.
  • Guide a team of marketing professionals, delegating responsibilities, setting performance metrics, and fostering accountability and growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and internal performance data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, delegate effectively, and drive productivity without micromanagement.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience managing complex projects across multiple platforms and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and digital marketing tools.
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information and navigating regulatory environments.
  • Adaptability in fast-changing environments and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
