About the Role

Mohawk Industries, Inc. is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to proactively lead a team responsible for executing comprehensive marketing strategies that build brand awareness and contribute to company growth. You will drive initiatives across platforms and collaborate with teams across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the execution of initiatives within the segment marketing plan with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead creative development of segment campaigns and sales tools, ensuring marketing deliverables are consistent with brand standards and integrated across all media.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technical marketing plan, including creating testing strategies, overseeing product installation demonstrations, and highlighting performance attributes.
  • Perform competitive and internal marketing analysis to ensure plans are relevant, updated, and effective.
  • Develop defined processes and tools for ROI measurement, lead management, and follow-up.
  • Ensure marketing tools and collateral integrate into CRM and additional sales enablement platforms.
  • Collaborate with appropriate technical, legal, and other resources to ensure marketing information is accurate and compliant.
  • Lead the development and promotion of sustainability-focused marketing programs.
  • Create ongoing, strategic dialogue with the Company Digital Experience team to ensure digital channels are accurate and relevant.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison with strategic partners like Material Bank to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee Marketing Claims Compliance by collaborating with the Legal team to validate marketing claims for accuracy and regulatory adherence.
  • Follow processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining cross-functional solutions.
  • Work on issues of diverse scope requiring evaluation of a variety of factors, including current business trends.
  • Frequently interact with functional peer groups, other company divisions, or customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 3-5 years of management experience.
