Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a results-focused marketing strategy in line with company growth targets
- Oversee and optimize the allocation of marketing funds, channels, and third-party partners to maximize return on investment
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual standards across all public-facing platforms
- Produce marketing materials and multi-channel campaigns tailored to clients, providers, and patients
- Work closely with Business Development, Operations, and Recruitment to align marketing initiatives with sales and expansion goals
- Study market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor activity to uncover new growth avenues
- Plan and manage integrated campaigns designed to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Deliver regular reports on marketing performance, including attribution, conversion rates, and revenue from marketing efforts
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website improvements, search engine optimization, and paid advertising
- Build and manage social media content and engagement strategies on platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter/X
- Design and manage automated marketing workflows that guide prospects through the sales funnel
- Use AI-powered tools and automation platforms like HubSpot and Google Analytics to enhance targeting and campaign personalization
- Define and monitor KPIs including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and overall marketing ROI
- Test and refine marketing approaches using performance data and analytics insights
- Supervise relationships with external vendors in design, media, content, and web development
- Ensure all vendor outputs meet brand guidelines, deadlines, and strategic objectives
- Collaborate with external agencies to extend marketing capacity when necessary
