Responsibilities
- Design and manage comprehensive event strategies supporting company objectives
- Oversee end-to-end planning for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all event platforms
- Identify and secure high-impact event opportunities including conferences and trade shows
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate logistics with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders
- Track and report on event performance using defined KPIs
- Optimize event experiences based on attendee feedback and data insights
- Manage event marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Build relationships with partners and sponsors to expand event reach
- Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations for all events
- Lead event-specific creative and content development
- Supervise on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues in real time
- Mentor junior team members involved in event execution
- Stay current with industry trends in event technology and audience engagement
