EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to drive the development and expansion of the Ray-Ban Meta brand in Brazil. You will support the daily execution and management of the brand's marketing activities, collaborating closely with marketing leaders and multifunctional teams to develop strategies that boost sales growth, profitability, brand value, and competitive market positioning.
What You'll Do
- Support the creation and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and events to increase brand recognition.
- Analyze and report monthly brand performance by evaluating KPIs, optimizing investments, and identifying new opportunities.
- Manage and track the marketing budget.
- Support the development and implementation of communication and advertising initiatives.
- Plan, monitor, and analyze the brand's annual calendar of activities (campaigns, launches, events, and influencer actions).
- Monitor and report collection performance, tracking its evolution and results.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
- Experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing.
- Experience developing and executing strategic brand plans.
- Knowledge in consumer analysis and market dynamics, including tools like Nielsen, Kantar, and research methodologies.
- Analytical profile, strategic vision, and strong execution and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with different teams.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), with the ability to develop data analysis tools.
- Advanced English.
