About the Role
The Senior Manager, Treasury leads the strategic and operational aspects of global treasury, ensuring efficient cash management, risk mitigation, and financial compliance while supporting long-term business objectives through proactive financial planning and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of global treasury strategies
- Oversee daily cash management and liquidity positioning
- Manage relationships with global banks and financial institutions
- Direct foreign exchange and interest rate risk management programs
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Supervise cash forecasting and reporting processes
- Optimize working capital through strategic initiatives
- Lead treasury technology implementations and system improvements
- Coordinate with tax and accounting teams on cross-border transactions
- Oversee investment portfolio management within defined risk parameters
- Manage debt issuance and financing activities as needed
- Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures from a treasury perspective
- Provide financial insights to senior leadership for strategic decisions
- Ensure robust internal controls within treasury functions
- Monitor global financial markets for risk and opportunity
- Lead treasury’s contribution to enterprise risk management
- Manage third-party service providers and fintech partnerships
- Drive process automation and efficiency improvements
- Mentor and develop treasury team members
- Ensure adherence to SOX controls and audit requirements
- Oversee global payment and collection systems
- Coordinate with regional finance teams for local compliance
- Lead responses to financial risk assessments and due diligence
- Support ESG-related financial reporting and initiatives
