Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks, timelines, and client specifications
- Serve as the main liaison to senior-level client representatives
- Supervise planning, implementation, and reporting across various project workstreams
- Deliver strategic guidance, actionable recommendations, and analytical support to client leadership
- Guide, train, and support the professional growth of junior team members and consultants
- Contribute to business acquisition efforts such as proposal development, client meetings, and presentations
