About the Role

Twilio is hiring a Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts for Twilio.org to lead the Strategic Sales team supporting Social Impact customers. In this role, you will identify new revenue opportunities with existing enterprise logos in the not-for-profit, healthcare, and social impact space.

What You'll Do

  • Support the successful sale of multi-product solutions to existing customers.
  • Retain and grow existing revenue through strategic account management.
  • Generate new pipeline through cross-sell and up-sell motions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional business partners to land complex deals and advance relationships with the C-Suite.
  • Run a daily, weekly, and monthly operating cadence that drives accountability and supports achievement of quarterly revenue and sales targets.
  • Manage and develop a global team of quota-carrying Account Executives.
  • Participate and lead in client meetings and work cross-functionally with stakeholders and corporate resources.
  • Be responsible for ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team, including recruiting, hiring and training new team members.
  • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.

What We're Looking For

  • A leader who lives the Twilio Magic and has a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Comfortable selling a platform solution; experience in the Contact Center or cPaaS space is helpful.
  • Customer-focused and metrics driven with a track record of coaching and developing account executives.
  • Experience hiring senior or enterprise-level account executives and staying on top of performance management.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations as well as plan and execute EBRs.
  • Love talking to all different types of customers, from application owners and software engineering leaders to product managers, entrepreneurs, and line of business owners.

Team & Environment

You will be managing and developing a global team of quota-carrying Account Executives, reporting to senior sales management.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Competitive pay with location-based salary: Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota or Vermont: $158,632 - $198,290. Washington D.C., Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts or California (outside SF Bay Area): $167,440 - $209,300. New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or the San Francisco Bay area, California: $176,256 - $220,320.

Work Mode

This is a remote position. Applicants may work remotely but are not eligible to be hired in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Pennsylvania, or the surrounding areas of San Francisco, Oakland, or San Jose, California.
