Responsibilities
- Develop TikTok-first content strategies for major global brand accounts, defining platform-native formats, content pillars, and creative direction to drive measurable engagement and business results.
- Lead content planning and execution across TikTok, Reels, Stories, and complementary formats, ensuring each channel feels native, intentional, and aligned with brand identity.
- Manage social media for multiple brands under a single parent account, adapting global content frameworks for regional markets, with a focus on DACH.
- Serve as a senior client partner, steering projects from briefing to delivery, proactively shaping agendas and challenging briefs that do not align with platform or audience realities.
- Track, synthesize, and present performance data, translating complex analytics into clear client-ready insights and actionable recommendations.
- Mentor junior and mid-level team members and contribute to pitches and new business proposals, leveraging platform expertise to grow both the team and the account base.
