Bumble Inc. is looking for a Senior Manager - SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to join its Financial Reporting & Compliance department. This senior role is central to ensuring accurate external reporting and navigating complex accounting standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports (Forms 10-Q and 10-K)
- Research and document technical accounting matters under US GAAP and SEC regulations
- Manage the financial reporting close process and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
- Stay current on new accounting pronouncements and assess their impact
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including public accounting and/or public company SEC reporting
- Expert knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting rules
- Proven ability to lead the end-to-end SEC filing process
- Strong analytical and technical research skills for complex accounting issues
Work Mode
This role operates on a hybrid work model and is open to candidates in US Remote, US TX Austin, or US NY New York.
