Diligent Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to lead our end-to-end go-to-market strategy for core customer segments of Diligent Boards within the EMEA and APAC regions. This high-impact role is responsible for positioning, messaging, and pricing, driving the success of our Boards product. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies for Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions.
- Provide foundational market insights including TAM, ICPs, competitive analysis, and Voice of Customer to guide decisions.
- Develop compelling, consistent messaging and create content, sales collateral, and enablement tools.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns in partnership with Sales and Marketing to achieve revenue and engagement targets.
- Equip sales and customer success teams with training and assets to support pipeline and revenue growth.
- Create and implement annual/quarterly marketing plans that identify opportunities and generate leads.
- Work with product, sales, marketing, and enablement teams on market research, buyer personas, and strategy alignment.
- Develop compelling positioning and messaging for the GRC platform and ensure consistent communication of value.
- Collaborate with Product Strategy to monitor competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Lead cross-functional product launch activities for successful market introduction.
- Lead performance measurement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in product marketing with a focus on go-to-market strategy and execution.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, customer success, and product.
- Expertise in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer journey mapping.
- Demonstrated success in developing positioning, messaging, and sales enablement content.
- Experience designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Ability to create marketing plans that identify opportunities and articulate core messaging.
- Experience in product launches and ensuring market readiness.
- Strong analytical skills for performance measurement and market insights.
Team & Environment
Work with peers in Product Marketing collaborating on other GRC solutions as well with colleagues across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Finance and more. You will report to the General Manager of the Governance Business Unit.
