HighLevel is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Design (AI Workflows)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and grow a team of 8 to 12 product designers located in the United States and India.
  • Drive design execution for AI-driven workflows within the Product and Revenue areas, including communication, messaging, and automation features used by customers to engage their own audiences.
  • Integrate customer needs, business objectives, technical limitations, and product strategy across these AI workflow touchpoints.
  • Define standards for quality, ownership, teamwork, communication, and timely delivery.
  • Guide designers to focus on top-priority tasks, assist them in navigating uncertainty, and clarify what is expected, blocked, or ready for decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, design leadership, and the Senior Director of Product Design to influence roadmaps, weigh trade-offs, and enhance results for Product and Revenue AI projects.
  • Conduct design critiques, coaching sessions, quality reviews, and launch-readiness evaluations to improve usability, accessibility, interaction quality, visual consistency, design system adherence, and the quality of AI-assisted experiences.
  • Maintain visibility into workstreams through effective routines, clear updates, and timely escalation of risks.
  • Recruit top talent, onboard new designers, and establish clear growth plans.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to speed up exploration, prototyping, synthesis, documentation, and production collaboration without compromising quality.
