Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the order operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

- Manage and resolve order-related disputes and chargebacks.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve order fulfillment speed and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate order invoicing and payment processing.
