Dragos is looking for a Senior Manager, Order Operations to lead the Order Ops team within the Go-To-Market organization. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer quotes and orders, maintaining compliance with internal policies, and driving operational excellence to support sales growth.
What You'll Do
- Oversee end-to-end quote to order processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Partner with RevOps and Finance to resolve order-related issues promptly.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain documentation of workflows and ensure adherence to SOX and audit requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between GTM, Finance, and Legal for order-related matters.
- Support revenue operations initiatives and system enhancements.
- Monitor KPIs related to quote and order accuracy, cycle time, and backlog.
- Provide regular updates to GTM leadership on operational performance.
- Manage and develop the Order Ops team, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Set priorities and allocate resources to meet business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in Dragos Pricing Model and Policies.
- Strong understanding of Dragos CPQ Tool along with Book Close process.
- Ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and resolve complex issues.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
