Lime is looking for a Senior Manager of Proposals to lead bid strategy and execution across the EMEA region. You will oversee the full bid lifecycle, manage a team of bid professionals, and act as the key liaison between the proposals team and cross-functional stakeholders, advancing Lime's mission to build a future of shared, affordable, and carbon-free transportation.

What You'll Do

Oversee the full bid lifecycle, including pre-release preparation, bid analysis, final submission, and post-bid evaluations.
Lead and manage a team of bid professionals by setting goals, defining KPIs, supporting performance processes, and fostering collaboration through regular one-on-one and team meetings.
Serve as lead proposal manager on high-priority or complex bids.
Ensure consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment of all submissions with business objectives.
Act as the key liaison between the proposals team and cross-functional stakeholders.
Report on bid pipeline progress, win/loss trends, and proposal quality metrics to leadership. Provide insight-driven recommendations for future bid planning and strategy.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience in proposal management, ideally with background in city-level business-to-government (B2G) procurement.
Demonstrated success leading government bid efforts across EMEA markets.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
Proficient written and verbal communicator, with experience coaching and refining others' contributions to proposals.
Knowledge of bid management tools (e.g., Responsive, Loopio) and collaborative platforms (e.g., Google Workspace).
