Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the firm’s business intelligence strategy, including governance and performance of analytics platforms.
- Drive cross-functional projects to align data systems and reporting with business development and marketing goals.
- Manage full lifecycle deployment of the Foundation platform, including configuration, data integration, taxonomy, and rollout planning.
- Oversee administration and enhancement of the experience management system and connected modules to meet evolving business needs.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive reporting strategy using Power BI to deliver actionable insights to leadership and practice groups.
- Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in organizational data.
- Partner with stakeholders across the firm to identify analytics needs and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Design and implement training and user adoption programs for business intelligence tools across the organization.
- Act as primary point of contact for vendor relationships related to analytics platforms, managing contracts and system upgrades.
- Provide strategic guidance on emerging trends and technologies in legal business intelligence and experience management.
- Lead, develop, and mentor direct reports and project teams as required.
- Support key strategic initiatives with analytical expertise and operational insights.

Compensation
