As the Senior Manager of Global EHS Learning & Development, you will drive the strategic direction of environmental, health, safety, and security education across a global organization. Your leadership will redefine how learning is designed, delivered, and measured, ensuring alignment with operational excellence and long-term cultural transformation.
What You'll Do
You will lead the design and execution of a unified global learning strategy, integrating modern methodologies and digital platforms to scale impact. Guide the adoption of immersive technologies such as virtual reality to enhance training effectiveness. Spearhead large-scale system transitions, including Learning Management System upgrades and advanced reporting environments using PowerBI, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Champion organizational change by embedding EHS practices into daily operations, working closely with senior leaders across HR, IT, and QEHSS. Build and mentor a high-performing global team, promoting continuous development and accountability. Align learning outcomes with key performance indicators and ensure seamless collaboration across regions and functions.
Requirements
You bring proven experience in organizational development and strategic leadership, with a strong foundation in EHS principles. Success in this role requires a track record in digital transformation, particularly within learning ecosystems. You are skilled in managing vendor relationships and cross-functional partnerships, with the ability to influence at executive levels. Familiarity with LMS platforms, data visualization tools like PowerBI, and emerging learning technologies such as VR is essential.
Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid or remote arrangement, depending on local working agreements, with a primary focus on Europe. You will operate in a globally connected environment, supporting diverse teams across international sites while driving consistency and innovation in learning delivery.
