Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum of seven years of professional experience in Sales Operations, SFDC/CPQ administration, or Commercial Systems
- Extensive functional knowledge of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ, including business ownership or administrative expertise
- Demonstrated background in designing business processes, commercial workflows, and leading change management initiatives
- Proven ability to convert business needs into scalable technical system solutions
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication abilities across departments and experience managing diverse stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Professional experience in life sciences, medical devices, or scientific instrumentation sectors
- Hold Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Consultant, or CPQ Specialist
- Experience operating within global, matrixed organizational structures
