Hyundai USA is looking for a Senior Manager, Genesis Retailer Performance to oversee and manage all regional Retailer Performance activities within a designated Genesis Region. You will be responsible for executing programs, analyzing performance data, and providing direct consulting to ensure our retailers’ operational and financial success.
What You'll Do
- Use advanced knowledge to lead consulting actions with retailers identified for the Core Operational Performance Program (COPP).
- Exercise independent judgement in the daily analysis of your region's Keystone matrix.
- Provide field training for DPM, MMO, Market View, Service View & ICON systems as needed.
- Oversee, measure, track, and analyze all regional KPIs, providing recommendations for all areas of opportunity.
- Work closely with Regional Operations Managers and Field Operations Managers to identify key retailers for direct field consulting.
- Assist in the setup and launch of new Genesis Retailers.
- Using the ICON system, identify financially “at-risk” retailers.
- Partner with the National Office to develop and implement pilot programs to improve overall retailer performance.
- Support the Regional General Manager with the Governance process (OCM/PRM).
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Dealer Performance (DPM) and ICON Dashboards.
- Perform all other assigned duties, as required.
- Provide managerial and development responsibility for team members, as needed.
- Manage budgets, as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Eight or more years of wholesale-related automotive experience with demonstrated abilities in direct dealer contacts.
- Retailer Consulting or Performance management experience.
- Budget Management oversight experience.
- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
Nice to Have
- A Master’s degree.
- Two to three years of supervisory experience.

- Compensation Range: $107,800 - $154,000 annual base salary
