About the Role

TensorOps is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to play a key role in shaping our financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. You will help drive the company’s financial planning processes, build scalable models, strengthen reporting, and partner closely with cross-functional leaders to bring clarity, discipline, and insight to our fast-growing business.

What You'll Do

  • Manage key components of the annual budgeting process, quarterly re-forecasts, and long-range planning efforts.
  • Own the corporate financial model, maintaining high-fidelity forecasts for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Analyze complex datasets to develop insights and actionable recommendations for the Executive Team.
  • Develop detailed financial models to support planning, corporate initiatives, and long-term forecasting.
  • Build dashboards, reporting templates, and planning models that improve visibility into performance and future projections.
  • Contribute to materials for the Executive Team and Board, including financial updates, performance insights, and strategic analyses.
  • Drive deep analysis into key SaaS metrics, including ARR Waterfall, NRR/GRR, CAC Payback, LTV, and gross margins.
  • Act as the dedicated finance partner to Executives and their operational leaders across departments including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Security.
  • Partner with Engineering and DevOps to track and forecast COGS, specifically focusing on cloud hosting costs (AWS/Azure) to maintain healthy Gross Margins.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to develop marketing funnel conversion performance analysis, Campaign performance, and ROI analysis.
  • Conduct monthly budget vs. actual reviews, helping leaders understand their variances and manage their budgets.
  • Mentor team members and promote an insight-driven, collaborative, and high-performing FP&A team environment.
  • Encourage an accountability and ownership mindset, curiosity, proactive analysis, and continuous improvement within the FP&A team.
  • Bring forward ideas on improving processes, reporting, and analytical rigor.

Team & Environment

You will report to the Senior Director, FP&A and contribute to building the FP&A function as it grows.

  • Salary range: $180,000 to $190,000 base + equity.
