Manscaped is hiring a Senior Manager, FP&A – Consolidations to lead our internal and external financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting functions. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will be a key partner to senior leadership, developing automated reporting and KPIs to drive operational and financial performance.

What You'll Do

• Consolidate company P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting and forecasting.
• Lead and continuously improve monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term forecasting exercises, including actuals-to-forecast variance analyses.
• Refine financial reporting and KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process and reporting automation, supporting system enhancements and implementations like NetSuite and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting.
• Supervise, develop, and mentor Finance Managers who support corporate departments including Operations, Project Management, Accounting & Finance, HR, Facilities, IT, and Executives.
• Lead support for company-wide department spends, capital investments, and headcount.
• Establish financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Perform ad hoc research, competitive benchmarking, modeling, and reporting.
• Support quarterly and annual board and executive reporting.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive Finance experience, including budget consolidation and forecasting variance analyses.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial concepts, policies, and procedures.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards and concepts.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations.
• Experience designing and optimizing financial dashboards and data visualizations with tools like Looker or NetSuite Analytics.
• Financial Reporting and/or Planning Systems experience.
• Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and develop high-performing Finance staff.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented, dynamic, and matrix environment.
• Highly curious, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Retail and E-commerce environments.
• MBA or CPA.
• NetSuite experience.

• Compensation range: $150,000 - $165,000 USD.
