TaxValet is seeking an Onboarding Optimization Specialist in India to improve the performance of our AI Voice and Chat solutions. This critical cross-functional role focuses on data analysis, conversational design, and optimization for 18–20 customers after implementation, requiring close collaboration with product, implementation, and AI teams.
What You'll Do
- Analyze conversation data to identify improvement areas
- Implement optimizations to enhance bot performance and user experience
- Conduct A/B testing and monitor AI health metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to best practices
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience with conversational AI (voice/chat)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, Python, and basic automation
Nice to Have
- SQL knowledge
- Experience with financial institutions or contact centers
