Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance data integration, quality, and delivery to support business goals and technology roadmaps.
- Architect the organization and design of data infrastructure, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
- Collaborate with data architecture teams to build scalable systems by defining data models, optimizing storage, and implementing access and security protocols.
- Establish and guide the long-term technology vision and innovation plans for analytics, data engineering, and platform development.
- Build and maintain ETL workflows to consolidate data from diverse sources into centralized data environments.
- Convert business requirements into structured data models, metadata definitions, test datasets, and quality benchmarks.
- Engage with senior business leaders to ensure project outcomes align with strategic objectives and maintain strong stakeholder involvement.
- Streamline current data architecture to enable reusable components and reduce costs in compliance with organizational standards.
- Lead peer reviews and quality assessments of architectural deliverables through governance processes and cross-functional forums.
- Set and oversee data quality standards, policies, and operational procedures across platforms.
- Collaborate with IT, analytics, and business analysis teams to identify data consumer needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Assess and propose new technologies in data management, storage, and analytical processing.
