Tinuiti is hiring a Senior Manager, Commerce to lead our Marketplaces team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing team members, managing KPIs, and acting as a key escalation point for strategic accounts, directly contributing to our client growth and team success.
What You'll Do
- Develop Account Managers to ensure they have the necessary skills to implement their role effectively and advance in their careers.
- Develop Team Supervisors to ensure they challenge their Account Managers to grow accounts and provide concise feedback.
- Regularly assist Team Supervisors with client issues for middle and growth client tiers.
- Monitor and manage-up established team KPIs to the Director team using internal dashboards.
- Provide ongoing training to Account Managers from information and trainings given from Amazon.
- Serve as a point of escalation for key accounts.
- Assist Director team with larger team initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Understanding of Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, DSP & AMC.
- 2+ years Management experience.
- Strong communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Amazon International experience.

This role reports directly to the Director team.
