Aledade is hiring a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence to lead strategy, development, and execution of our BI capabilities. You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational improvements.

What You'll Do

Define and lead Aledade's Business Intelligence strategy and roadmap.
Build, manage, and mentor a team of BI analysts and engineers.
Design and implement scalable BI solutions, dashboards, and reports.
Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
Establish best practices for data governance, quality, and self-service analytics.
Translate complex business questions into clear, data-driven analyses and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of direct experience managing and developing BI or data teams.
Proven expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and data warehouse concepts.
Demonstrated ability to influence strategy and drive business impact through data insights.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience in the healthcare or health-tech industry.
Background in a high-growth, data-driven technology company.
Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
