Quadient is seeking a Senior Management Accountant for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover to join our FP&A team. You will take full ownership of management accounting activities for Quadient UK, providing the analytical foundation that enables senior leaders to understand performance, identify opportunities, and make strategic, data-led decisions.
What You'll Do
- Prepare monthly contribution statements across all sales areas.
- Maintain and prepare month-end journals for revenue and cost-of-sales.
- Produce detailed month-end gross margin analysis for field sales.
- Analyze revenue and profit trends, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Respond to analytical requests from the executive team.
- Support business performance improvements and development opportunities.
- Maintain strong cost control through effective stakeholder management.
- Contribute analytical insight to major project activities.
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with the Finance Business Partner and Head of Planning & Analysis.
- Participate in new product launches and determine correct accounting treatment across business lines.
Team & Environment
You will be a key member of the FP&A team, engaging directly with senior leaders across Quadient UK.

This is a hybrid role based in our Stratford, London office.
