Dev is hiring a Senior Localization Coordinator - USA Remote

About the Role

Manages the translation and quality assurance of products and integrations for non-English speaking customers. Ensures accurate and consistent localized content across multiple languages. Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to support localization efforts. Maintains high standards in content formatting, delivery, and translation accuracy. Supports the development and improvement of localization processes

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate translation of products and integrations to support non-English customers
  • Perform quality assurance checks on translated content for accuracy and formatting
  • Follow established procedures to uphold a reliable localization process
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver required localized documentation
  • Ensure consistency in content collection, formatting, and delivery of translations
  • Develop and manage delivery timelines for non-English product documentation based on market needs
  • Conduct general quality checks on layout and formatting of localized content within products
  • Proofread non-English content for technical accuracy using current language knowledge
  • Manage new translation requests for product and legal materials
  • Communicate with translation vendors regarding pricing and delivery schedules
  • Gather feedback from market contacts and internal users to improve future translations
  • Work with vendors and leadership to resolve issues and enhance translation workflows
  • Lead efforts in building and updating localized content in MadcapFlare
  • Replace English screenshots with localized versions in MadcapFlare documentation
  • Execute research, projects, and initiatives to support the Product Writing Team as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
