Tasks
Your Responsibility:
- Development of client-specific leadership programs
- Long-term scalability of content portfolio & didactic approaches
Your Specific Tasks:
- Discovery: Target audience needs analysis (surveys, 1:1 interviews)
- Design: Developing precise content & formats for specific target groups
- Delivery: Briefing & supporting trainers in online seminars
- Iteration: Continuous enhancement based on participant feedback
Your Interface Points:
- Internal: Primarily with founding team members
- External: Client interactions spanning C-level to entry-level, regular exchange with reference experts
Qualifications
Professional Background:
- 2-5 years project environment experience
- Expertise in developing blended learning journeys for leadership
- Leadership or coaching certification preferred
Mindset:
- Hands-on: Ready to create high-quality materials collaboratively
- Product Thinking: User-centered program development
