Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
- 5+ years of legal experience in an international law firm and/or in-house legal department
- Experience supporting complex cross-functional projects involving Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, Compliance, DPO, Operations and business stakeholders
- Strong experience in legal project management, legal transformation, corporate governance, process optimization or internal legal operations
- Experience with corporate structuring, group governance, intercompany arrangements, internal approvals, authority frameworks or tax/ corporate optimization projects
- Strong legal drafting, contract review and legal risk assessment skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal and business issues and translate them into clear, practical and actionable recommendations
- Ability to prepare legal memoranda, project plans, risk assessments, internal policies, procedures and management summaries
- Strong understanding of legal risk management, internal controls, approval processes and corporate governance principles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex legal matters in a fast-paced international environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience with contract management / CLM implementation
- Experience with legal budgeting, cost control or legal operations
- Experience with tax structuring or corporate optimization projects
