Snuggs is hiring a Senior Key Account Manager:in - DACH (Remote deutschlandweit)

About the Role

Snuggs is hiring a Senior Key Account Manager to own the expansion into stationary retail and manage key wholesale partnerships across the DACH region. You will be directly responsible for the market entry strategy for German retail, from building relationships with buyers and negotiating listings to successfully placing products on shelves.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and expand our retail customer base within the drugstore channel across the DACH region.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and category managers to promote product listings and drive sales growth.
  • Negotiate promotions, terms, and visibility for Snuggs products both in-store and online.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies and work closely with marketing and operations for successful implementation.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance to identify new growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Category Management.
  • Direct experience with or at DACH drugstores (dm and/or Rossmann are a must).
  • Strong commercial understanding, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Very good knowledge of listing processes, promotion mechanisms, and sell-out strategies within the DACH drugstore environment.
  • German at a native language level (C2) and fluent English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within the cosmetics, cleaning, or personal care industry.
  • Based in Berlin or flexible within Germany with a willingness to travel.
