GetResponse, a global marketing platform, is hiring a Customer Success Advisor fluent in both English and Polish to provide outstanding customer support via chat and email. In this role, you'll help clients achieve their business goals by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and guiding them through onboarding.
What You'll Do
- Responding to enquiries and educating customers on products by chat and email.
- Troubleshooting problems for customers.
- Handling onboarding calls with customers.
- Coordinating solutions with IT and management.
- Helping customers build successful businesses.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent language skills in English and Polish (at least C1 level).
- Online marketing acumen.
- Open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace.
- Ability to easily handle a number of interactions at the same time.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills and readiness to master speed-typing.
- Outgoing 'people person' with an upbeat attitude.
- Ready for speaking with a customer over the phone/via Teams call.
Nice to Have
- Technical background.
- Any additional language such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, French or Russian.
