About the Role

Ash & Harris Executive Search is recruiting an Account Executive for a rapidly growing healthcare company making a difference in senior care transitions. In this remote, quota-driven sales role, you will be the face of the company, working with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and discharged families to connect them with the best senior living or in-home care options.

What You'll Do

  • Generate daily qualified patient referrals from assigned healthcare accounts.
  • Build and grow a book of accounts to increase referral volume in your territory.
  • Network, cold call, and conduct service presentations to expand contacts within accounts.
  • Educate families on senior care options and guide them through the transition process.
  • Partner with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet monthly move-in quotas.
  • Test and provide feedback on new sales initiatives, CRM tools, and processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with case managers, discharge planners, and doctors.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in an individual contributor role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and collaborating with teams.
  • Experience presenting to clients, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and adaptable to change.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel locally 5 days/week within your assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Healthcare or hospital sales experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
