CrowdGen by Appen is looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer - Secure Access & Microsoft 365 Platforms to architect and manage our secure digital access framework and modern workplace productivity suite. You will be a key contributor to our IT infrastructure security and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and manage secure access solutions to protect corporate resources
- Administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 platform, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online
- Develop and enforce security policies, conditional access rules, and identity governance
- Lead projects to integrate and automate Microsoft 365 services with other enterprise systems
- Monitor system performance, security events, and compliance across the platform
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex access and platform issues
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Systems Engineer focused on secure access and Microsoft 365
- Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 administration, security, and compliance centers
- Strong background in identity and access management (IAM), including Azure AD and conditional access
- Experience designing and implementing secure remote access solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical designs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to system administration
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Cavite. The role requires a blend of on-site collaboration and remote work.
