Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1-3 technical support for internal teams and external customers of our digital platform
- Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure), and virtual environments
- Proactive monitoring and management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and applications
- Rapid diagnosis and resolution of technical issues to ensure 24/7 availability of our e-vignette platform
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Implement and monitor security policies, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans
- Develop and implement automated solutions to optimize recurring IT processes
Requirements
- Completed IT education or university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or comparable qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT support, system administration, or managed services, preferably in e-commerce or digital services
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud platforms, and network technologies
- Experience with IT monitoring tools, ticketing systems, remote support software, and ITSM frameworks (ITIL)
- Analytical mindset and structured approach to troubleshooting in complex IT environments
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation in direct support contact
- Fluency in Czech and English
