As a Systems Administrator - DBA Oracle, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing mission-critical systems for clients across industries. You'll analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced technical issues while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance across diverse platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage system performance, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues before they impact operations
- Handle incoming support requests, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with technical teams to deliver efficient solutions
- Support migration initiatives from on-premises infrastructure to public and private cloud environments
- Collaborate with internal teams to recommend modernization strategies and improve system reliability
- Help identify new opportunities for service improvement and client engagement
- Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance protocols across all managed systems
Qualifications
You should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and 2019, VMware ESX, and managing hybrid environments that span on-prem and cloud platforms. Familiarity with infrastructure automation and cloud migration projects is essential.
Preferred skills include experience with infrastructure as code (IaC), vulnerability management, and Microsoft Active Directory with federation services integration.
