Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical support to internal users across multiple departments
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues
- Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure including workstations and mobile devices
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
- Deploy and manage endpoint security tools and compliance policies
- Collaborate with global IT teams to implement standardized solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and support procedures
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Configure and support video conferencing and collaboration tools
- Administer identity and access management systems
- Monitor and respond to IT service desk tickets efficiently
- Manage software licensing and compliance tracking
- Support network connectivity and troubleshoot local infrastructure issues
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery protocols
- Assist with the rollout of new IT projects and initiatives
- Ensure adherence to data protection and cybersecurity policies
- Provide after-hours support during critical incidents when required
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing IT systems
- Train staff on IT best practices and new technologies
- Work closely with vendors for hardware and software support
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and lifecycle planning
- Support cloud-based application integrations
- Troubleshoot directory services such as Active Directory or LDAP
- Ensure consistent system performance across devices and platforms
- Contribute to IT policy development and enforcement
