About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned public health programs
- Support development and implementation of project work plans
- Track program milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports and performance metrics
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders
- Monitor program budgets and assist with financial reporting
- Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and training events
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for program activities
- Identify logistical needs and coordinate resources accordingly
- Support onboarding and orientation for new project staff
- Contribute to the development of program guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate best practices
- Manage data collection tools and reporting systems
- Prepare presentations and briefing materials for internal and external audiences
- Respond to information requests from partners and stakeholders
- Support grant management activities including documentation and compliance tracking
- Coordinate travel and event logistics for program-related activities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of public health priorities and initiatives
- Assist in drafting correspondence and official communications
- Work with cross-functional teams to align program goals with strategic objectives
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and recommend solutions
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards
- Participate in emergency response efforts when required
