Responsibilities
- Support proposal generation, formatting, and editing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client requirements
- Coordinate and schedule internal sales milestone meetings (e.g., Tollgate reviews, pipeline updates, and opportunity strategy calls)
- Track key deliverables and timelines across active opportunities to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain and update CRM (e.g., HubSpot) with opportunity details, notes, and activity tracking
- Email reminders and client outreach on behalf of sales team as needed.
- Provide light client follow-up support, including scheduling, status updates, and information requests
- Assist senior sales leadership with reporting, presentation materials, and sales documentation
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and technical teams to gather inputs for proposals and sales materials
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or outbound sales roles
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with both commercial and technical stakeholders
