Responsibilities
- Deliver all aspects of cost management from inception of a project through to completion, working with peers and Directors, client and others as required
- Prepare feasibility estimates
- Conduct cost planning (presenting with no supervision)
- Support contract procurement
- Develop tender documentation
- Perform value engineering and maintain commercial awareness
- Generate fees
- Manage risk
- Resolve disputes
- Manage post contract activities including cost reporting
- Agree final accounts
Requirements
- Experience in cost management across the full project lifecycle
- Ability to deliver cost planning and present without supervision
- Professional competence in dealings with clients and professional contacts
- Competence in cost reporting and agreement of final accounts
Nice to Have
- Experience working with clients in the water and environment sectors
