About the Role
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects using NEC4 ECC contract frameworks. Coordinate with stakeholders, manage risk, ensure compliance, and maintain alignment with client objectives and project goals.
Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and construction projects under NEC4 ECC contracts
- Serve as primary point of contact for client and contractor communications
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
- Manage risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, and construction phases
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when needed
- Facilitate early warnings and compensation event management
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Coordinate interface management between contractors and stakeholders
- Oversee change control processes and scope management
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and governance frameworks
- Support dispute avoidance and resolution processes
- Lead project assurance activities and quality audits
- Promote collaborative working environments in line with NEC principles
