About the Role
Deliver individual and family therapy using proven clinical methods to support patients in recovery from eating disorders within a tech-enabled, team-based treatment model.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual individual therapy sessions for patients with eating disorders
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate patient treatment
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as FBT and CBT
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Engage patients and their support networks in the recovery process
- Document clinical interactions in a timely and compliant manner
- Maintain regular communication with care team members
- Support patients across various stages of recovery
- Adhere to clinical protocols and organizational standards
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Respond to patient needs between sessions when necessary
- Uphold patient confidentiality and ethical guidelines
- Complete required clinical documentation within established timelines
- Stay current with best practices in eating disorder treatment
- Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical programs
Nice to Have
- Experience with FBT or Maudsley approach
- Training in DBT or trauma-informed care
- Prior work in virtual or telehealth settings
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Additional certifications in eating disorder treatment
