Join Scout Motors as a Senior IT Support Engineer I on our global Box IT End User Services team. You will be instrumental in resolving complex IT issues and leading initiatives that directly impact employee productivity and technology experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide troubleshooting and support for all IT end-user issues, including mobile, desktop, audio/video, and peripherals.
- Handle procurement, asset, and inventory management for all IT hardware and software.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with teams like Facilities, Sales, Engineering, and People Operations.
- Manage IT communication between headquarters and a remote office.
- Perform system imaging, application configurations, and security policy enforcement.
- Deliver daily onsite office support from Monday to Friday.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in an IT Support role.
- Working knowledge of Windows and OSX operating systems.
- Working knowledge of Lenovo and Apple hardware.
- Knowledge of networking concepts.
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives to scale and transform the business.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
Nice to Have
- Comprehensive understanding of networking (a network certification is a plus).
- Working knowledge with voice and video conferencing solutions (Zoom, RingCentral a plus).
- A demonstrated commitment to keeping your technical knowledge and skills up to date.
- Technical certification in desktop operating systems (Mac certification a plus).
- Experience leading large, complex enterprise initiatives on a global scale (PMP certification a plus).
