This position is being recruited on behalf of an innovative technology partner in the United States. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Specialist to elevate and support enterprise collaboration platforms and digital workplace tools. In this role, you will architect, develop, validate, and sustain advanced digital collaboration solutions while ensuring operational excellence and intuitive user experiences. You will engage closely with key stakeholders to pinpoint improvement opportunities, implement strategic enhancements, and provide technical leadership during platform transformations, including cloud-based migrations. This position demands sophisticated technical expertise, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage intricate digital workflows within a secure, mission-critical environment. The role offers remote flexibility while enabling meaningful cross-functional collaboration. Accountabilities · Continuously enhance, maintain, and optimize digital collaboration tools, applications, and workflow architectures within enterprise environments. · Facilitate seamless transitions from legacy collaboration platforms to modern cloud-based solutions. · Construct and refine complex workflow mechanisms using advanced development tools. · Collaborate strategically with internal teams to implement innovative solutions, expand functionality, and document comprehensive processes. · Generate strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency, system usability, and overall platform performance. · Maintain rigorous compliance with organizational standards and develop comprehensive documentation for leadership reporting. Requirements · Master's degree with 12 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 14 years of experience in technology and related domains. · Minimum 10 years of advanced digital platform development and administrative expertise. · Expert-level proficiency with comprehensive productivity software ecosystems. · Must hold and maintain a Public Trust security clearance. · Demonstrated strength in analytical problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, and precise documentation. · Exceptional collaborative skills with ability to gather complex requirements and implement sophisticated technical solutions. Preferred Qualifications · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or complementary technical field. · Proven experience in enterprise platform migrations and large-scale workflow optimization.
