We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in United States. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows, automations, and system configurations across critical platforms, with specialized expertise in Atlassian technologies like Jira and Confluence. Accountabilities · Strategically design, implement, and sustain enterprise systems emphasizing Atlassian Jira and Confluence platforms. · Construct workflows, automations, and strategies to enhance operational efficiency and user interactions. · Manage deployment and administration of Jira Service Management (JSM) projects involving sensitive information. · Execute integration of Jira extensions and external tools like JEMH, Structure, and Custom Charts to expand platform functionalities. · Support interdepartmental teams in implementing technical solutions aligned with organizational requirements. · Generate scripts, protocols, and documentation to automate processes and standardize system operations. · Function as primary escalation resource for technical complications and provide mentorship to junior colleagues. · Convert intricate business requirements into scalable, implementable system strategies. Requirements · Demonstrated background as systems engineer or application administrator with enterprise productivity platforms. · Comprehensive proficiency in Jira administration, workflow construction, and automation techniques. · Extensive understanding of Confluence, including deployment, macro utilization, space organization, and automation. · Competence in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or CLI tools. · Proven experience with API integrations and implementing technical solutions in high-growth environments. · Superior problem-solving capabilities and innovative thinking for addressing complex technical challenges. · Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences. · Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, adapt to evolving business landscapes, and provide cross-functional team guidance.
